Informal Workplace Learning. Sort of...

Informal Workplace Learning is an academic, non-commital review of other people's work that concludes that informal learning can be good but it's not necessarily for everyone, that it's good to couple it to formal learning, and that corporations can buy the food to get people to attend brownbag sessions. Doh.
